Daniel Rusteau’s THE BOROUGH on The Brit List 2019!

Congrats to Daniel Rusteau! His TV pilot THE BOROUGH, a four-part crime drama about two infamous families of the underworld battling for control over an Essex borough, was among the 24 most voted scripts and thus on this year’s TV Brit List.
The Brit List acts as a UK showcase for up-and-coming TV screenwriters and currently alternates between TV and film screenwriters each year. Nominated scripts must have not yet been given a greenlight and need to be submitted by four companies or more.
More than 200 scripts were put forward for this year’s list, which contained the largest ever number of female screenwriters and screenwriters from BAME backgrounds.
