Perrie Balthazar
Perrie Balthazar is co-creator/executive producer/writer of RTS award-winning Phoenix Rise(bbc iplayer/bbc studios) a coming of age drama based in the West Midlands that launched in 2023. Series 3 and 4 will be aired in 2024.
Perrie wrote on the bafta-winning Bad Sisters (Apple/Merman) and also on the upcoming series 2
She was a core writer on Coronation Street for 3 years and EastEnders for 4 years. She also wrote on series 2 of Ackley Bridge (c4/the Forge).
Development projects include a high stakes psychological thriller(Big Talk/Britbox) and a black female-led police drama (Vertigo)
