Keeley Hawes plays a woman going through a “honest, raw, blackly comic journey of grief” after her husband’s death in new ITV series Finding Alice.
The show sees the team behind The Durrells reunite: Hawes plays the titular role while Roger Golby and Simon Nye have created the drama.
The contemporary drama follows Alice as she copes with the loss of Harry – her husband of twenty years – who fell down the stairs of their new dream house. However, she soon realises that Harry left behind a storm of secrets, debt and criminality for her to clean up.
Finding Alice begins on Sunday 17th January at 9pm on ITV and will be available to stream on ITV.
